CLOSEST PREDICTION WINS
 UP TO 1 (ONE) BOX OF CORN SEED.

Closest time prediction means the time, without going over, to the hour/minute/second when Dan Funk “finishes.” So you need to think of what time Dan can accomplish! This promotion is only for our customers. It is not for the general public or prospective customers.

RULES

What “Finishes” Means

Either:

• Official finish time for Dan Funk across the finish line of Lifetime Unbound Gravel 200 Mile Bike Race
• Or, due to the challenging nature of the Unbound race, Dan may no longer be able to continue - for any reason. If this is the case, Dan’s “finish” time will be when he officially contacts the three-person company support crew – documented by photos from Dan and Support Crew.

PARTICIPATION

• Open to all 2024 customers of NC+, Midwest Seed Genetics, and Crow’s.
• Order must be paid for before June 1, 2024.
• Only 1 time prediction submission will be accepted per customer account.
• All online predictions must be submitted to NC+, Midwest or Crow’s websites before June 1, 2024
• Alternatively, you may submit a prediction via postcard entry, which must be postmarked before May 23, 2024.
• Mail all submissions to Kelly Kraning, 450 East Cedar Street, Pulaski, WI 54162
• If, for any reason, closest time prediction does not meet all rules, the next closest time prediction will be the winner.

PRIZE

A single customer from Midwest Seed Genetics, NC+ or Crow’s will win up to one box of corn seed. 50 (fifty) units of corn seed) will be credited to your account.

• If you purchase and plant fewer than 50 (fifty) corn units, you will be credited up to the number of corn units that you purchase. For example,: if you plant 12  corn units, you will be credited for 12 corn units, if you plant 24 corn units, you will be credited for 24 corn units.
• If you plant 50 (fifty) or more corn units, you will be credited 50 corn units.
• The credited corn unit dollar amount will equal the average price paid for your entire seed order. Average price is determined after all discounts are applied.
  • •   50(fifty) corn units must be paid for units. Replant, Free Seed, Crop Claim units will not be credited.
• Management of Outward Ag, LLC reserves the right to determine average price paid for winning customer’s seed order.
• Management of Outward Ag, LLC reserves the right to identify customer accounts of all predictions and of winning prediction.
• All customers will receive notification of their time prediction before the beginning of the Unbound 200 race.
• This contest is only available for customers, as noted above. This is purely a promotional offering for customers. You may not assign any rights to participate in this contest to others. If you win, you may not assign your winning box (or units) to others. We appreciate your business!
